La Gomera is the second smallest canary island and belongs to Spain. The cliffy volcanic rock of the island is cranked with hiking trails. The gorge Valley Gran Rey leads to the coast via the hillside of the white-coloured village La Calera down to the black sandy beaches of the Atlantic.
