La Gomera is the second smallest canary island and belongs to Spain. The cliffy volcanic rock of the island is cranked with hiking trails. Within the foggy national park Garajonay grows thick forest consisting of fern and moss-covered trees. The gorge Valley Gran Rey leads to the coast via the hillside of the white-coloured village La Calera down to the black sandy beaches of the Atlantic.

Hiking: For Hikers and fans of wide-stretched walks La Gomera offers intensive experiences. Via old donkey-trails, little hiking-trails and comfortable forest roads you can reach the most beautiful spots of the island.

The environment close to Garajonay is especially fascinating as well as the mystic cloud forest. Diversified hiking trails passes by impressive rocks in place, deep gorges and wild-romantic forests.
